Columbia has many different private practices and therapists. We recommend that you use Psychology Today to find the person who best fits your needs. This can include sliding scales, taking insurance, or private pay.
For low cost resources, places such as Burrell Behavioral Health and Compass Health offer sliding scales. The Integrative Behavioral Health Clinic has free counseling and case management done by social work students on a more limited basis.

True North is a domestic and sexual violence victim service program. They provide emergency shelter, hospital advocacy, counseling, support groups, and education. They are available 24/7 through their crisis hotline- 573-875-1370.
