Sharing experiences, challenges, and triumphs within a supportive group setting can lead to meaningful insights and positive change. Our team has experience facilitating various types of group therapy sessions, each aimed at fostering emotional growth, skill-building, and mutual support. Whether it’s educational, process-oriented, or
support-focused, we understand the profound impact group therapy can have on each member.
We prioritize the needs of our clients and community when developing group offerings. If there’s a specific type of group you’re interested in, we encourage you to let us know. Your input could be the catalyst for a new group to form, providing invaluable support to others who may be facing similar challenges.
While we are not currently running any groups, we are always open to starting a group. Previous group topics include social anxiety, ADHD, relationship strengthening, and D&D for social skills and anxiety. We require at least 5 people or 3 couples to begin a group. If you already have a group of people interested, please reach out, and we can work to build a group that works for you! Together, we can create a supportive community where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.
