Therapy for Individuals
We believe in the transformative power of therapy. Life’s journey can be filled with obstacles, regardless of age or background. That’s why we’re here to support you at every stage and through the many transitions you’ll make as you move forward in each new chapter.
Our team of experienced therapists provide individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique circumstances. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply navigating life’s wrinkles, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more, we ensure you receive the most effective and up-to-date care. We are dedicated to staying informed about the latest research and techniques in the field.
Single Sessions
Sometimes we have a specific challenge we’re up against that requires support. Single Sessions are a great way to address an obstacle without taking a deep dive into your entire history. By scheduling 1-3 sessions, we can help you process what is in front of you right now with support without the commitment of a long-standing relationship.
We’re Client Centric
We’re people who help people
In our offices (in-person or virtual) you’ll find an environment where you can open up and explore your most vulnerable thoughts and feelings. Every therapy relationship is grounded in safety, support, and non-judgement. We create space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly, knowing that healing begins with connection. Throughout your therapy journey, we’ll work collaboratively with you to set goals, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing, we invite you to explore individual therapy at Better Together Mental Health. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges, celebrate your successes, and work towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.
